Returns & Exchanges

At Gallente, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you received the wrong item, you can easily request a return or exchange within the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return process must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be sent together with their invoice or receipt

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@gallente.co to submit your return request.

  2. Once your request is approved, you may ship the item back to us.

    • If the return is due to a wrong or damaged product, the shipping cost will be covered by us.

    • In all other cases, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  3. After the product arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, the product must meet all return conditions.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

  • The product amount will be refunded within 7 business days after approval.

  • For credit card payments, the refund may appear in your account within 1–2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time.
