Online Payments
When you complete your order, the payment amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, refunds will be made to your credit card within 7 business days.

 

Delivery
We aim to ship all orders on the same day. Delivery time is between 6–12 business days from order confirmation. In case of any delay, you will be informed.
All approved orders are handed over to the courier company within 3 business days.

If the system encounters any issues during the payment process, you will be notified on the payment page.
If the provided delivery address is incorrect, our team will contact you regarding the failed delivery.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed.

Please Note!
When receiving your package, check it in the presence of the courier. If you believe the product is damaged, ask the courier to file a damage report and do not accept the package.
Once the package is accepted, it is considered successfully delivered by the courier.
If the product is damaged, please send the damage report to info@gallente.co as soon as possible.
Once received, we will initiate an investigation and arrange a replacement or reshipment as quickly as possible.
