Return Policy

At Gallente, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if a wrong item was delivered, you can easily request a return or exchange within the conditions specified below.

Return Conditions:

To request a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The return process must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be sent together with their invoice or receipt.

Once your request is approved, you may ship the product back to us. If the return is due to a wrong or damaged item, the shipping cost will be covered by us. In all other cases, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

After the product reaches us and the necessary inspections are completed, your return will be processed within 7 business days at the latest.
