Pre-Purchase Questions

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a “Track Order” button. It will take you straight to the courier’s tracking page, where you can see live updates!

We ship your orders across Europe for free and as fast as possible. Once placed, your order is processed right away and delivered within 6–12 business days.

Once your order arrives, simply contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return. After you complete the return instructions we send you, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
